A Day with Jade Sails

Hanoi - Tuan Chau Port - Lan Ha Bay - Bright Cave - Evening

Morning

7:00: Gathering at the pick-up point & transfer to Ha Long Jade Sails' shuttle will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter area or the Opera House (if shuttle service is booked) and transfer you to the waiting area at Tuan Chau International Port.

10:00: Cruise management regulations and itinerary briefing Upon arrival at Tuan Chau, guests will board the cruise and enjoy a welcome drink. The cruise manager and tour guide will introduce the detailed itinerary and various exciting activities on board.

The cruise departs from the port, starting the journey from Ha Long to Lan Ha Bay. Guests will have the opportunity to admire the beauty of Ha Long Bay as they pass by, as well as admire the distant Gia Luan fishing village with its picturesque scenes created by numerous islands intertwined with various impressive shapes.

11:30: Lunch on board Guests will enjoy a buffet lunch on board with European-standard cuisine and service, prepared and beautifully decorated by 5-star standard chefs. While enjoying lunch, guests will have the opportunity to admire the magnificent scenery as the cruise passes by various islands of different shapes and sizes such as Duck Islet, Finger Islet,..

Afternoon

13:00: Boat excursion to Bright Cave - Dark Cave

The cruise will take you to the area of Bright Cave - Dark Cave. Here, you will be rowed by local people in bamboo boats to visit Bright Cave - Dark Cave. This is considered the most beautiful area in Ha Long Bay - Lan Ha Bay where the pristine and majestic nature is still preserved, and you can also see various wild animals living here.

14:30: Swimming or kayaking

The cruise will take you to Frog Pond area, which is famous for its beauty and grandeur in Lan Ha Bay due to its landscape and environment. Here, you can choose to swim freely or kayak to experience the beauty of Lan Ha Bay in a very different way.

16:00: Cooking class

Guests will participate in a cooking class to prepare and decorate traditional Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls, and a 5-star chef onboard will guide you on how to carve fruits.

16:30: Sunset party

This is the most beautiful time of the day and a great opportunity for guests to enjoy the sunset gradually descending over the bay from the sun loungers on the cruise's sundeck or join the wine party, fruit party, and mingle with new friends or relax on the cruise.

Guests can also choose to immerse themselves in the large jacuzzi tub at the bow of the cruise.

17:00: Disembark from the cruise and return to Tuan Chau Port

Guests return to Tuan Chau Pier by speedboat and board the limousine back to Hanoi.

Cancellation and Modification Policies 

  • Cancellation or modification fee for tour booking = tour cancellation/modification fee + transaction processing fee. The tour cancellation/modification fee is determined as follows: Transaction processing fee:

  • For services booked under 3 million VND: 2% of the total booking value (minimum 30,000 VND)

  • For services booked over 3 million VND: 1.5% of the total booking value.

  • Customers are responsible for providing personal information to the Cruise (Full name, gender, date of birth, permanent address, ID/Passport number, visa expiry date) for registration with the Ha Long Bay Management Board at least 48 hours before departure.

  • The Cruise will charge for services if customers bring drinks on board except for drinks for infants or drinks prescribed by a doctor.

  • The price is only applicable to Vietnamese nationals.

  • The itinerary may change depending on weather and tide conditions. Beach swimming, kayaking activities may be canceled in case of bad weather. Unused services are non-refundable. Meals include Vietnamese dishes, seafood, and international dishes. If guests have special requests regarding the menu, food allergies, or dietary requirements, please notify us at least 1 week before the trip. For the safety of guests, some cases should not participate in the overnight cruise program, such as:

  • Not having enough physical or mental health to participate in the program.

  • People with symptoms of hallucination, delusion, claustrophobia, epilepsy.

  • Elderly people aged 80 and above.

  • People with a weight of over 100kg (for Vietnamese people), 120kg (for foreigners).
