DAY 1

Hanoi - Tuan Chau Port - Lan Ha Bay - Kayaking

Afternoon

11.40.am:

Pick up guests at box 26 of Tuan Chau International Cruise Port. The Rosy cruise waiting room receptionist will welcome and take you to the transfer boat to move to the Rosy cruise cruise overnight on Lan Ha Bay.

12.15.pm:

You board the cruise and visit the restaurant area to enjoy a welcome drink while hearing a brief introduction to the cruise's itinerary and safety regulations.

13.00.pm:

You enjoy lunch at the restaurant on the 4th floor.

14.00.pm:

Check procedures

15.30.pm:

You can kayak, SUP, swim, sunbathe, swim or soak in the four-season jacuzzi.

17.00.pm:

Enjoy snacks watching the sunset at R'sky bar on the 5th floor sundeck.

Luxurious buffet dinner at the restaurant.

Watch the sunrise

Breakfast at the restaurant on the 4th floor

8.00.am:

Gather in the Reception lobby to visit Cai Be and Tra Bau areas - Kinh Kong film studios.

9.00.am:

Return to the cruise and pack your luggage.

​

9.45.am:

Place your luggage in front of the room door and return the room key at the Reception desk. Pay for drinks, spa and other incidental services (if any) at the 4th floor restaurant.

Cancellation and Modification Policies 

  • Cancellation or modification fee for tour booking = tour cancellation/modification fee + transaction processing fee. The tour cancellation/modification fee is determined as follows: Transaction processing fee:

  • For services booked under 3 million VND: 2% of the total booking value (minimum 30,000 VND)

  • For services booked over 3 million VND: 1.5% of the total booking value.

POLICIES FOR CHILDREN

  • Children under 5 years old: Free ticket, eat with parents

  • From 5 - 7 years old: 50% of ticket price, Setup 1/2 meal

  • From 8 - 11 years old: 75% of ticket price, Set up meals as adults

  • Over 12 years old: 100% of ticket price, Set up meals as adults

CHECK-IN REGULATIONS

  • Check-in time is from 12:15 to 12:30.

  • If you travel by yourself, please be at the pier no later than 11:45 to check in before boarding the ship.

  • Check-out time is from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. depending on each ship's schedule. After checking out, you will be served lunch on board before the ship docks.

  • Please send photos of passengers' ID cards or birth certificates at least 5 days before tour departure and bring these identification documents with you when checking in.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Check-in time: 12:15 to 12:30

  • Check-out time: 9:30 a.m to 10:30 a.m

  • Check-in procedure: Upon departure, please bring:

  • ID card or passport.

  • Booking confirmation voucher.

  • (*) The program may be subject to changes depending on weather conditions without prior notice.

  • Customers are responsible for providing personal information to the Cruise (Full name, gender, date of birth, permanent address, ID/Passport number, visa expiry date) for registration with the Ha Long Bay Management Board at least 48 hours before departure.

  • The Cruise will charge for services if customers bring drinks on board except for drinks for infants or drinks prescribed by a doctor.

  • The price is only applicable to Vietnamese nationals.

  • The itinerary may change depending on weather and tide conditions. Beach swimming, kayaking activities may be canceled in case of bad weather. Unused services are non-refundable. Meals include Vietnamese dishes, seafood, and international dishes. If guests have special requests regarding the menu, food allergies, or dietary requirements, please notify us at least 1 week before the trip. For the safety of guests, some cases should not participate in the overnight cruise program, such as:

  • Not having enough physical or mental health to participate in the program.

  • People with symptoms of hallucination, delusion, claustrophobia, epilepsy.

  • Elderly people aged 80 and above.

  • People with a weight of over 100kg (for Vietnamese people), 120kg (for foreigners).
