Customers are responsible for providing personal information to the Cruise (Full name, gender, date of birth, permanent address, ID/Passport number, visa expiry date) for registration with the Ha Long Bay Management Board at least 48 hours before departure.

The Cruise will charge for services if customers bring drinks on board except for drinks for infants or drinks prescribed by a doctor.

The price is only applicable to Vietnamese nationals.

The itinerary may change depending on weather and tide conditions. Beach swimming, kayaking activities may be canceled in case of bad weather. Unused services are non-refundable. Meals include Vietnamese dishes, seafood, and international dishes. If guests have special requests regarding the menu, food allergies, or dietary requirements, please notify us at least 1 week before the trip. For the safety of guests, some cases should not participate in the overnight cruise program, such as:

Not having enough physical or mental health to participate in the program.

People with symptoms of hallucination, delusion, claustrophobia, epilepsy.

Elderly people aged 80 and above.

People with a weight of over 100kg (for Vietnamese people), 120kg (for foreigners).
